WHAT IS ALHO?

 ALHO is a group of independently owned assisted living homes operating under the guidelines of AZ Department of Health Services Assisted Living Licensing. Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, safe and affordable care to your loved ones. Our goal is to maintain, improve and enhance the capabilities and interests of our residents in a group setting.

Our homes offer beautifully decorated private and semi private accommodations with delivious home cooked meals and special diets. Medication management, bathing and grooming, housekeeping and laundry are part of services. Activities to stimulate physical and mental well being. We believe that each resident has a right to live a healthy happy life with dignity.
We offer doctor, RN, social worker services. Certified caregivers offer support 24/7.

ALHO offers an opportunity for personal involvement in the leadership and improvement of an Assisted Living Homes. As a member of ALHO we can achieve to work together as one.

Members belong to ALHO attended regular meetings for fellowship, sharing and inspiration. ALHO GROUP is a service organization; it doesn’t prescribe a way of life for others but acts as a forum for diverse ideas regarding assisted living home community.

Each member are working together as a team to achieve a common goal of providing high standard of quality service based on integrity, honest business conduct and committed to improve our services. Being an ALHO member, “me…me….me…” mentality is out of context, we are trying our best to meet everyone by having a mind set of “How can I help you? Instead of how can you help me?”

ALHO is also offering assistance to place caregivers and referring residents within the group. A monthly meeting is required to keep members updated what’s going on within assisted living industry and meet different resources and leads to benefit care home operators.

About ALHO:

ALHO is an Assisted Living Homes Organization that was formed in November 2008. Nhor Latinovich is the founder and President of this organization. Her objectives are to help, unite and make a difference.

The Purpose and Mission in forming this group is to unite all assisting living facilities, make a difference, to do the right thing, and help each other. All members are equal and no one above and beyond everyone. We are not a typical stereotype organization; we are committed in doing excellent job and provide utmost service in this industry the best we can. We welcome suggestions, comments and even criticisms to maintain and improve our services.

Our vision is to partner with different affiliates and agencies associated in this industry to alleviate some of the difficulties and get answers when encountering challenges.

Our objective is to invite guests on a regular basis to help us educate and discuss important issues for better understanding so that we can all succeed in excellence.

  1. To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life.
  2. To help group home owners or operators to facilitate, promote and the application of rules and regulations of the assisted living facilities in a social, business and professional standards.
  3. To assist operators or owners on a occasional problems or occurrence pertaining assisted living operation such as violations, deficiencies, inspections, plan of corrections, etc.
  4. To develop, by precept and example a more intelligent serviceable organization. To help owners/managers to find good caregivers and managers when needed such as vacation, emergency situation, etc.
  5. To cooperate in creating and maintaining the quality of care for the elderly.
  6. To provide a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render different services, and to build better community.

What is the cost?

The cost to become a member is $120.00/year. An annual due is to cover the cost of marketing, advertizing and other form of media campaign to bring exposures of the members businesses. Meetings will be sponsored and supported by members and affiliates attending for food, incidentals and location.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MEMBER OF ALHO?

Each member can give themselves, their talent/skills, commitment and time. They can form a long time relationship, and support based on mutual interest and sharing the joy of doing good deeds for others.

HOW DOES ONE JOIN?

Membership is by invitation. This is your invitation to join. Do you know other care home owners, managers and /or affiliates who, like yourself would make a difference into assisted living community?
