Vision: An established organization with members working together as a team to achieve a common goal of providing high standard of quality service based on integrity, honest business conduct and committed to improvement of our facilities, organization and its members and the assisted living community.

Bylaws:
A. Commitment to the organization by:
* Regular attendance on our scheduled meeting.
* If unable to attend, notify the designated member.
* Participation and support to the organization’s activities by volunteering or contribution of time or appropriate help.
* Teamwork. Communication and cooperation between members in most possible and reasonable way for improvement and advancement of our organization as well as the assisted living community.
B. Decision making:
* Any suggestion is welcome during brain storming
* Final decision is by majority
* Nomination is encouraged as appropriate
C. Code of Ethics:
* Respect and be fair to each member as well as our associates in our industry and the community.
* Our facility represent our organization, therefore, it is vital that we maintain high standard of business conduct in dealing with our suppliers, the regulatory bodies, the public that concerns our community and most of all, our customers: the residents and their families.
* Commit and maintain high standard of quality for our service to our residents and courteous relationship with their families.
* A committee consist of 4 members is responsible for prequalifying prospective members.
* If a difficult situation regarding personal differences becomes an issue between members or within the group, the situation will be handled by the said committee ( all the concerned individuals and the committee members will be the ones to help settle or resolve the differences. If the situation cannot be resolved or settled, it will be presented to the officers and members to decide.
D. Membership:
* A prospective or referred member will be pre-qualified by the committee based on membership as stated below.
* Member: owner/manager, administrator or licensee of a care home, assisted living facility or center.
* Associate member or affiliate: not a care home owner, assisted living facility or center owner, manager only, nurses or individuals affiliated to assisted living community, home health care and other businesses wishes to support the organization.
E. Guidelines:
* A scheduled monthly meeting will be conducted and location will be announced as applicable.
* If there’s a need for a follow-up meeting, the schedule date and location will be communicated by e-mail, text or phone call.
* CEU’s will be provided as per availability and attendance. Schedule will be announced.
* Communicate to members during meeting, by e-mail, text or by phone if there are information vital to the operation or improvement of our facilities and organization.
Example: * State inspection/observation; Changes of Policies and Rules or Regulations
* Caregiver, facility, referral agency or agent, residents and family that may impact them negatively by intentinally causing trouble.
* Announcement for need of caregivers, relievers, manager, maintenance or other services.
* Extra activities besides our monthly meeting and social gathering that will benefit
our organization and members.
* Announcement or advertisement of products and services that is not a direct part of organization.
* Limit advertisement and presentations of products to a minimum so that we have more meeting time to cover all the scheduled agenda.
* If a topic is discussed and no final decision is reached at the appropriated time, the table will be moved to the next meeting or a separate meeting will be scheduled to cover the topic by the appointed or concerned members.
* During meeting, members are asked to avoid side discussion so that members can focus on the meeting discussion.
* Participation is requested from every member during meetings, activities and gatherings.
* Members are encourage to conduct themselves professionally, personal differences should be discussed seperately.
* Raffle game using our business cards will be done every monthly meeting for fun, the prize or gift bag will be donated by the last winner.
